Conserving coral reefs
Coral reefs are a vital source of food and income to our local communities and they act as a barrier against storms in every Pacific country. But because of destructive fishing methods, over-harvesting and plastic pollution, our coral reefs are dying.
We need to conserve our coral reefs by banning destructive fishing methods, establish no-take zones and install rubbish pins around the coastal area for plastic rubbish.
